Meet the Trainers

Dylan Payne - Old Skool Iron Gym

DYLAN PAYNE

MSFC Trainer with Heart

Dylan’s passion lies with helping people reach their full potential, through various training/diet techniques and hard work. Training since 2012, he’s progressed into a great trainer, capable of taking you above and beyond your limitations, both mentally and physically. Growing up wrestling, he developed skills in discipline, patience and conditioning, which reflects onto everyone he trains.

Dylan is Certified with International Sports Science Association, Behavioral Change in Exercise and recently became an MSFC certified trainer.  He specializes in strength, conditioning and mobility.

Outside of the gym, he is constantly researching new training and diet techniques to help better not only himself, but also his clientele.

With everything that he brings to the table, he truly believes that determination and the ability to push oneself resides deep in the individual, and with his motivation and knowledge anything is achievable.

JENNIFER DEES

MSFC Trainer with Heart

Jennifer has been a personal trainer for 5 years, but has had a passion for fitness much longer. In her personal fitness journey, working out gave her the confidence and grit to conquer anything that came her way.

In her own words, “The goals I was able to accomplish physically translated into mental strength that has helped me succeed inside and outside the gym. I became a personal trainer to help others unlock their potential and help reach their goals.”

Jennifer has studied at National Association Of Sports Medicine and has a specialization in corrective exercise which has given her the knowledge needed to help people understand the way their body moves, as well as to correct movement patterns that can lead to potential injury.

“I am excited to be part of this amazing organization and the opportunity to getting to know all of you.”
